3. Avoid Saturday Delivery
If at all possible have your flowers delivered on a weekday. Florists charge more for delivering on a Saturday simply because it is the busiest day of the week for them. Most florists are closed on Sunday, if you do find one that will delivery you can be sure that it’s not going to be cheap.

The cost of delivery is always going to be less if the florist is just around the corner as opposed to 10 miles away or in a different town.

There is also the advantage of not even having to leave the house and it can take as little as 5 minutes. 6. Avoid Popular Flower Dates
Ordering flowers to be delivered around the same time as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day can raise the cost of certain flowers by a significant amount0. This of course is unavoidable if the flowers are for Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day in which case just make sure you order them well in advance.
